Zumba Gold/Toning: Lower Intensity Zumba using light Maraca style weights

Zumba Step: Combines Zumba routines & Step Aerobics

Strong by Zumba:  Combines HIIT with Synced Music Motivation

YOGA

Chair Yoga: A gentle form of Yoga practiced using a chair for support

Power Vinyasa Yoga: An energetic flow moving from pose to pose, timed to the breath

HIGH INTENSITY AEROBICS

RIPPED: Resistance, intervals, plyometrics, power and endurance

Combat Fitness: A mix of High Intensity aerobics mixed with practical self defense moves

HIIT & Tone: High Intensity Interval Training with muscle toning stations

Kickboxing: Mixed Martial Arts style aerobics

STRENGTH

Pumping Iron: Controlled group weight lifting using dumb bells

TRX/Bootcamp: Suspension Training using parachute straps mixed with weights

SENIOR & LOW IMPACT CLASSES

Move 2 Wellness: A Mixture of Low Impact aerobics, light weights, resistance bands and range of motion work.

SS Classic: Functional Training, using standing or seated movements with mobility balls for range of motion

OTHER CLASSES

20/20/20:  A medium intensity class with 20 mins Stretch, 20 Mins Cardio, 20 mins Strength. 

Spin: A High Intensity cycling workout on a stationary bike.
